Today I interviewed a long-term friend of mine 'Lance'. Lance is a business owner, family man and performs a role within SERT, the Queensland Police Service's tactical unit. Undertaking this role requires an extremely high level of discipline, fitness and consistency. Lessons we can all learn from when operating businesses.
